Hi, my name is Dave Nicolaus and I was first licensed as WN9AOU in 1969.
I later became WB9AOU when I upgraded from novice. I was born in Monessen, Pa. and graduated with the class of 1957.
I moved to Valparaiso at the age of 24 to work in the steel mill in Portage,
In. I am a Life Member of the American Radio Relay League and a charter member of Porter County ARC.
I enjoy all phases of Amateur Radio and maintain a station that covers the spectrum from 160 Meters to the 3/4 Meter Band.
I also love to work on computers. I am now retired from the Roll Shop
